Pet Policy

Regency Place is a pet-friendly community! We welcome Cats & Dogs with some breed restrictions and a 2 pet limit per unit. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350-$370 is required, as well as a monthly pet rent of $35-$45 per pet. The one-time non-refundable pet fee and pet rent will be determined based on pet screening results. Please contact the office for more details.
